Dementia Education Series

Friday, May 3 at 12:00 p.m.

Learn how to better support yourself and your loved one by attending this 7 part educational series while your loved one attends Music Speaks, Music Therapy. Attend just one session or attend all. A light lunch and drinks will be provided. Some of the topics being discussed will be: 10 Signs of Dementia, Understanding Dementia, Effective Communication Pt. 1, Effective Communication Pt. 2, Understanding Behaviors, Dementia Conversations and Holiday Tips. This Dementia Education series will begin on Friday, May 3.

Legal Check Up | Snack and Learn

Tuesday, May 28 at 2:00 p.m.

Todd Anderson with Elderkin & Pirnie will have an interactive discussion that will cover all aspects of estate planning including Wills, Revocable Trust Agreements, Powers of Attorney and Advance Directives, as well as probate and trust administrations. Audience participation and questions will be actively encouraged. Please bring any topics that you are interested in discussing.

Live 2B Healthy, Senior Exercise
Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10:15 a.m.
Stay active this winter with a structured exercise program that gets proven results. Our exercise classes are taught by Certified Personal Trainers with a focus on improvement in each senior’s balance, strength, flexibility, stamina, coordination, and even memory.

Music Speaks, Music Therapy
Every Tuesday and Friday at 9:30 a.m.
A Professional Music Therapist helps residents relax and take the focus away from pain or discomfort, provide stimulations to the brain and sensory system, and help individuals become more alert and interactive.

Breakfast | Daily from 7:00 a.m. – 9:00 a.m.
Lunch | Daily from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Dinner | Daily from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
